At the moment we are facing some very challenging times. This may have an effect on our deliveries, but we do our very best to deliver your products as soon as possible. When we get information about any delays we will contact you directly. When it comes to updates and availability via email and phone, we always try to provide the best possible service.

In order to buy a product at Dymla.com you have to be 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you need the consent of one of your parents. When you order at Dymla.com you agree to the Terms & Conditions available at the present time, stated below. You also verify that the information provided by you is accurate.

When you place an order, a purchase agreement is only made when dymla.com has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the order has been received by Dymla.com. If the delivery time of the order changes, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Until the item is shipped, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no charge. Dymla.com has ownership and readmission rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop at Dymla.com you have to be 18 years old and we must be able to establish your residential address.
2.0. Card payment Klarna
Ordering and making payments at Dymla.com is safe and easy.
In association with Klarna we offer payment by invoice, part payment, credit card payment, and direct payment. The payment solution provided is Klarna Checkout.
When you submit information at checkout, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Klarna. When you click “Finish Purchase” you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Dymla.com.
Klarna Checkout will present some information to you as soon as you have been successfully identified. The information you need to provide for identification can vary depending on where the purchase was made and on which website. Your credit information is never checked directly at the Klarna Checkout, but will be obtained if necessary depending on the payment option of your choice. Credit information obtained by Klarna will not affect your credit rating and other banks who seek the same information will not be informed that such a check was made by Klarna.
Once you have been identified, Klarna Checkout will show you what options are available to you. Payment by invoice will be shown as default option, but you may choose any other option such as direct payment by bank or payment by card. The payment options offered to you may vary over time. You have the option to protect your use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN code.
All communication and information about payments will come directly to you from Klarna.

Klarna Checkout offers the following payment options:
- Payment by invoice
- Part payment
- Card payment
- Direct payment
Prices include VAT with 25 % for orders within the EU. When the order has been confirmed, prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond the control of Dymla.com. For instance, major changes in commodity prices and changes in currency or VAT. No handling costs will be added to the price. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
3. Shipping and deliveries
At Dymla.com, there is always FREE SHIPPING. Small towns sometimes have limited distribution hours, which can affect the time of delivery. Please note that in addition to the delivery time stated here in the Terms & Conditions, the handling time for your order will be added to by 1-2 days. All days referred to in the document are weekdays. Please keep in mind that for instance Christmas shopping may cause delays.
We use DB Schenker, whose shipping is traceable. Delivery time 2-4 days.
We reserve the right to ensure that all stock items are sold out before we can update our website, and then we will inform our customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer is always entitled to cancel purchases at no cost unless the product is in stock.
The goods are delivered by Posten or another carrier to the delivery point or sent as mail.
As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email, including a package number and tracking link. An order confirmation is automatically sent for every approved order. The most common reason for order confirmation and delivery notice not to appear is that when ordering, you have accidentally entered an incorrect email address. Please check your spamfilter.
4. Delivery delays
Delivery delays from our suppliers may occur, which is beyond our control. For instance, this may happen when a supplier cannot fulfill their delivery obligations or there are problems in the manufacturing process. Should this be the case, we waive liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. We will always notify you in case of delivery delays. You always have the right to cancel the order at no charge in case of delivery delay.
Dymla.com is responsible for the transportation of your goods to you. The transport company and you are responsible for the risk of any returning goods to Dymla.com.
6. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order at once. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible here!
7. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
Private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contract Law (Distansköpslagen). This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer will carry the costs for the return shipping.
If you want to make a complaint about a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us here for further instructions. Please notify us via our contact form on our website before sending anything. Include the invoice / receipt so that we can identify the return. Be advised that you are responsible for shipping the return item to us.
Please note that we have no “customer satisfaction guarantee”. This means that we do not accept returns / complaints of products that you have used but that do not live up to your expectations.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN´s (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) recommendations.
A manufacturing defect is discovered within 6 months by law. In order for Dymla to be responsible for the defect on the product, the defect must be original, that is, it already existed when you bought the product (manufacturing defect). The warranty does not apply to faults arising from normal wear and tear or maintenance failure. If this is not a manufacturing defect, the right of complaint means that Dymla will help you repair the product, but does not cover the costs.
Dymla takes no responsibility for errors that have occured due to damage or wear and tear. Such commodity defects include, for example, broken wire and cracks in the product.
Warranty and claim rights only apply to proof of receipt. In the case of an approved complaint, we take responsibility for any costs, such as shipping and refunds with the same payment method used when purchasing.
According to the Consumer Purchasing Act (Konsumentköplagen), it is not possible to make a complaint about an item due to discontent as we have no customer satisfaction guarantee.
Dymla´s Warranty applies only to the first buyer and cannot be transferred.
